Fit For You Pilates is a private Pilates studio in Sebastopol,CA offering private, semi-private (duet), & small group Piltes training based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates. Odette Proctor is a Pilates professional who creates a safe, private, and supportive environment so that you can achieve your fitness goals. She works with all levels of fitness, from out-of-shape, de-conditioned students to athletes who want to maintain their core strength and improve flexibility. Her program is individualized and tailored to your fitness needs. Fit For You Pilates creates a relaxed and stress-free atmosphere so you can concentrate on your needs to reach your fitness goals. How Do I Get Started?
