Your intro­duc­tory pack­age includes a pri­vate one-­on-one assess­ment plus 14 pri­vate ses­sions. Once you have com­pleted your intro­duc­tory pack­age, you’ll have a bet­ter under­stand­ing what you need and how we will work to help meet your per­sonal objectives.

Fit for You Pilates offers train­ing that goes beyond your phys­i­cal goals. It cel­e­brates you: who you are, what you want today, and where you want to be tomor­row. You will achieve your goals, no mat­ter what your fit­ness level, in a safe, pri­vate, and sup­port­ive envi­ron­ment. We will work together to cre­ate a com­pre­hen­sive and indi­vid­u­al­ized pro­gram that empha­sizes your fit­ness needs. We will work within your bound­aries, expand­ing those bound­aries with each and every ses­sion. I will assist you in becom­ing reac­quainted with your body and its fit­ness poten­tial, using the teach­ing of Joseph Pilates, my per­sonal train­ing expe­ri­ence, spe­cial­ized equip­ment, and your cus­tomized program.

The Pilates empha­sis on breath­ing, deep con­cen­tra­tion, bal­anced mus­cle work, and focus on the mind-body con­nec­tion, will empower you as never before. You will leave our ses­sions feel­ing stronger, more flex­i­ble, relaxed, and in tune with the needs of your body. As some­one who strug­gled through my own per­sonal tran­si­tion, I under­stand what it feels like to want to be respected, sup­ported, and chal­lenged. Let me be the one to help you become the healthy per­son you want to be. I believe in this process and have con­fi­dence that you will too. Fit for You Pilates is located in Red­wood City, Cal­i­for­nia. Train­ing ses­sions can be sched­uled in my pri­vate home stu­dio, your home, place of work, or a fit­ness set­ting of your choos­ing. You have the option of pri­vate, semi-private (two peo­ple), or small-group ses­sions. I am ded­i­cated to being there for you and help­ing you through your jour­ney. Please join me.
